When placing a telephone order, please provide your Customer Referal Number (#1813824).
Shipping and Handling:
All orders are subject to the following shipping and handling schedule.
For products purchased in Alaska, add a 7.5% freight surcharge.
Note: AMSOIL products cannot be shipped to Post Office Boxes.
Sales Tax Information:
AMSOIL Inc. has an established Sales Tax Rate for all states. In some cases, AMSOIL is required to collect city, county and other taxes as well, thus the tax rate AMSOIL charges may be higher than just your sales tax. Additionally, AMSOIL also collects any taxes placed on lubricating products required by certain states.
Note: Depending on your state, freight charges are subject to sales tax. States having an excise tax - these taxes are added to the product total before calculating your sales tax.
Damaged Product During Shipping:
If there is visible damage to your order upon delivery, please refuse the order. It will be returned to AMSOIL Inc. for inspection and a new order will be sent to you at no additional charge. If you discover hidden damage after accepting delivery, please call 1-800-956-5695 for instructions.
Return / Exchange Policy:
Call 1-800-956-5695 for instructions prior to returning any product.
- Products must be current marketed products in resalable condition.
- Products in resalable condition can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price and sales tax (shipping and handling fees are non-refundable).
- Products purchase over 30 days, but less than 90, may be exchanged for other products that are of equal or greater value, less a 20% re-stocking fee.
- Customers wishing to return products after 30 days or to exchange products after 90 days will be advised to contact their sponsoring dealer for assistance.
- Shipping and handling cost / fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Special order items cannot be exchanged or returned.
